Sublime Text - how to enable the menu?

If for some reason you have “lost” the menu, then it can be returned using the following algorithm:

1. Use the keyboard shortcut “Ctrl” + “Shift” + “P”.
2. In the console that appears, type “menu” and select “View: Toggle Menu” .
